Whenever you write to NTCAT, quote the NTCAT reference number for your proceeding. This helps NTCAT maintain the file for the proceeding.

To ensure transparency and fairness in NTCAT proceedings, it is important that all parties in a matter are aware of communications between a party and NTCAT.

For this reason, when you write to NTCAT about your matter, you must also send a copy of the correspondence to the other party and make it clear you have done so.  For emails, the recommended approach is for the email to be copied (cc’d) to the other party.
