NTCAT publishes decisions in significant cases on the Australian Legal Information Institute (Austlii) website at http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/nt/NTCAT/

Decisions are generally not published online until they have been provided to the parties involved.

If NTCAT proceedings are affected by non-publication orders or other similar restrictions any published decision will give effect to those restrictions (for example by ‘anonymising’ the parties or otherwise ‘de-identifying’ the matter).

Potentially relevant decisions prior to the commencement of NTCAT can also be accessed via the links below.

Although such decisions may be of relevance in NTCAT matters, please also note that there have been important changes to the law since the commencement of NTCAT, including in the areas of residential tenancies, small claims and guardianship.
