NOTE: Under regulation 5 of the NTCAT Regulations the Registrar may waive fees in cases where the payment of the fee would cause financial hardship. NTCAT fees are prescribed in the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulations as revenue units. In accordance with the Revenue Units Act, the value of revenue units is adjusted annually and calculated on the movement of the Consumer Price Index for Darwin.

Fees are payable by cash, solicitors trust account cheques and via EFTPOS.
